Excellent service. Pre-sale responses were quick. Post sale responses were of great help in sorting an upgrade issue from win10Home to pro. Several exchanges via email were able to guide me on issue and eventually eveerything sorted. All within about 6 hours.

Having bought a Windows 10 Pro activation code at a good price from SoftwareGurus, I then had lots of problems installing on my old Windows 7 laptop (problems which were nothing to do with the code I bought). The support team were amazing. They came back to me on the same day and suggested solutions. When these didn’t work they kept coming back to me until finally I got it to work. Customer support is vital and I cannot recommend these guys too highly. 5 stars!

I incorrectly ordered the wrong edition of Windows (Home, not Pro) which was completely my fault. I emailed the support team who emailed back within minutes and helped me change my order for the correct product. Fast response to and resolution of Windows installation problem I was struggling with

After downloading Win10 from MS, I wanted to purchase a license key. I am not super techie, so I Googled reviews of various “CD Key” websites, all with varying costs. Thanks to the other reviewers of SoftwareGurus giving positive reviews, I decided to take the plunge, and am very glad I did: they provided exactly what I needed to get my Niece’s laptop registered. Looking for some Black Friday deals on a new OS and MS Office Package and stumbled across these guys. What a great experience, the price and more importantly the ease of the process was fantastic. The best thing about Software Gurus is most definitely the customer service and speed of response…first class!

I was advised by ASUS support that the reason my computer was failing was that Linux wasn’t officially supported, so I should buy Windows. I did so from here, but the problem persisted. Since this meant the motherboard was therefore broken, I had it replaced. Windows keys only work for one motherboard, however. This company freely resolved this for me when they really weren’t obligated to – their original key had worked, it was the hardware at fault. Very thankful to their support team, as this was only the end of a long struggle getting my machine working.

Order was processed instantly after purchasing – though I’d noticed I’ve purchased the wrong version of Windows. The support team, however, were super quick to respond to my email (wasn’t expecting a response within 5 minutes!) and had provided a code for the correct version ( life saviours)! Will definitely be returning to software gurus for the next PC being setup 🙂

Full marks to SoftwareGurus’ tech support for fixing the problems I had with the Windows 10 Home key I bought from them. May have been a bad key (Microsoft Support said so), but even then, SoftwareGurus’ tech support was absolutely on the ball – quick helpful clear responses, and a swift unproblematic resolution to the problem. Good tech support is what makes the difference, every time. 10/10 would buy again.

Great customer service and support. I followed the links and instructions to download Windows 10, which were clear and accurate, but when I tried the key it was not accepted. I sent an email off to software Gurus and within an hour I had a reply explaining why this had happened and how to work around it, turned out operator error :), thanks for the support you were very patient 🙂

Windows 10 pro license key. The license key is a digital version. I had barely finished paying via PayPal & the license was already there, entered into my fresh install of Windows 10 Pro 64Bit & it worked straight away with no problems. Would use again. Thanks.
